MAD Science

The children enjoyed a special science day led by Mad Science. We were extremely lucky to have this day fully funded by The National Grid who run the substation in Chalton. The children learnt all about electricity and different forms of renewable energy such as wind, water and solar power. Bird House

We have been very fortunate at Chalton Lower School to receive a lovely bird house, donated to us by Barratt Homes in connection with the new Linmere housing estate.  The children will enjoy watching to see which birds we can attract.

Recycling Initiative

The Children have enjoyed collecting plastic for recylcing in conjunction with Barratt Homes.  In return we have been very lucky ro receive a brand new bench which the children are now enjoying on the playground.
