We are a small school with currently 71 children on roll, including nursery, where everyone is known, made to feel valued and respected as an individual. They are encouraged to be the best they can be, in an inclusive, safe environment. The school’s values-based ethos promotes an inclusive environment where children learn to respect and appreciate other people, take care of their surroundings and behave responsibly.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a school setting with pupils with Special Educational Needs. They will be a strong communicator who is a nurturing, patient and positive individual. They will be strong at building relationships with pupils, staff and parents. Strong literacy skills are also essential.
